Informazioni su stato ordini e spedizioni.

Ad ordine e pagamento effettuato il cliente riceve al proprio indirizzo e-mail (indicato in fase di ordine): la conferma dell’avvenuto acquisto comprensiva dell’elenco prodotti selezionati i tempi di preparazione dei prodotti il tracking relativo alla spedizione del proprio ordine attraverso il quale può controllare sul sito del corriere/trasportatore utilizzato, oppure tramite call-center dello stesso, lo stato della spedizione del proprio ordine.Aspecifico Atelier MyriamB terrà il cliente informato su eventuali variazioni di tempi di produzione e di consegna restando a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione.

Gli acquisti fatti su questo sito sono sicuri e garantiti e possono essere effettuati nelle seguenti modalità:

Pagamento con Carta di Credito

Nei casi di acquisto della merce con modalità di pagamento carta di credito, (contestuale alla conclusione della transazione ordine) l’Istituto bancario di riferimento provvederà ad autorizzare l’addebito dell’importo relativo all’acquisto effettuato. In caso di annullamento dell’ordine sia da parte del cliente che nel caso di mancata accettazione del contratto da parte di Atelier Aspecifico MyriamB verrà richiesta da noi l’annullamento della transazione e lo storno dell’importo impegnato. I tempi di svincolo dipendono esclusivamente dal sistema bancario. Una volta effettuato l’annullamento della transazione Atelier Aspecifico MyriamB non potrà essere in nessun caso ritenuta responsabile per ritardi e/o danni provocati dal sistema bancario.

Pagamento con Paypal

Selezionando il tipo di pagamento PayPal, sarai reindirizzato ad una pagina del sito PayPal dove inserirai il tuo indirizzo email e la tua password ed effettuerai il pagamento. In caso di annullamento dell'ordine o di mancata accettazione da parte nostra, l'importo sara' rimborsato sul tuo conto PayPal. Atelier Aspecifico non sara' responsabile per ritardi e/o danni provocati in fase di rimborso.

Pagamento con Bonifico Bancario

In caso di pagamento tramite bonifico bancario anticipato l'ordine sarà spedito solo dopo aver ricevuto la conferma dell'avvenuto accredito da parte della banca. Il pagamento dovrà avvenire entro 3 giorni a partire dalla data dell'ordine. Oltrepassata tale scadenza, l’ordine verra' automaticamente annullato.La causale del bonifico bancario dovrà riportare necessariamente numero ordine, data ordine e nome e cognome del cliente.
